AI Studio: a gathering for people who build with AI

On 11 July 2026, Dabtong House, together with Pelsung, hosted AI Studio in Thimphu — a closed, by-application gathering for people who build with AI.

The day opened with a keynote by Joi Ito, followed by AI demos and a hackathon. It also marked the first meeting of a builder community now forming in Bhutan.
