Meet our newest scholars: Subham Chhetri and Tshokey Gyaltshen

We are proud to introduce our newest Dabtong House scholars: Subham Chhetri and Tshokey Gyaltshen, both beginning their Master's studies at Chiba Institute of Technology in April 2027.

Subham is an engineer at Druk Holding & Investments Limited InnoTech and will study Advanced Robotics. His research revolves around the use of WiFi signals for robotic navigation.

Tshokey is the Environmental and Sustainability Officer with Gelephu Mindfulness City, and joins the School of Design and Science. She will research how technology can be used to make sustainable choices more intuitive for people.

This is our third cohort of Bhutanese doing Masters at Chiba Tech. Academic exchange between Bhutan and Japan sits at the heart of our mission, and we are proud to see it moving forward.
