Kinley Dorji

Kinley Dorji is a Dabtong House scholar from the 2026 cohort, pursuing a Master's in Design and Science at the School of Design and Science (SDS), Chiba Institute of Technology. The programme blends fields such as international relations, technology, art and policy, with hands-on learning that ranges from AI agent coding to speculative design.

Before this, he served twelve years in Bhutan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, including as First Secretary at the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Thailand, promoting Bhutan's engagement with the international community.

He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Royal Institute of Management and a Bachelor's in Population and Development Studies from Sherubtse College.
